萬向銑頭具可換性

2、套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)修(xiu)(xiu)復:當龍門銑頭的(de)套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)磨(mo)損量(liang)不大,體孔修(xiu)(xiu)復量(liang)也小的(de)情況(kuang)下,對套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)修(xiu)(xiu)復后(hou)可以繼續使用。修(xiu)(xiu)復的(de)目的(de)是補償其外徑磨(mo)損量(liang),使套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)與(yu)體孔的(de)配合(he)間(jian)隙(xi)達到要求(qiu)。套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)修(xiu)(xiu)復一般采用鍍鐵修(xiu)(xiu)復工藝,或更換新套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)。
3、套筒體孔的(de)(de)修復:套筒體孔的(de)(de)磨損會導致孔的(de)(de)圓度、圓柱度誤差(cha)增加,表面粗糙(cao)度變差(cha)。由于(yu)在正常(chang)使用下,不會產(chan)生嚴重的(de)(de)磨損,故一(yi)般只需(xu)要通過研磨修復,即可恢(hui)復精(jing)度。但在修復之前需(xu)要單獨做一(yi)套研磨棒以(yi)供研磨時(shi)使用。

4、在(zai)使用直角銑頭(tou)之(zhi)前,要先確認(ren)試(shi)運(yun)轉(zhuan)幾分鐘(zhong)進(jin)行熱機。每(mei)次在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)的時(shi)候,要選合適轉(zhuan)速(su)和(he)進(jin)給加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。加(jia)工(gong)(gong)轉(zhuan)速(su)、進(jin)給以及切深應該以漸進(jin)形式來做(zuo)調整,直到得到zui大(da)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)效率(lv)。
5、通常(chang)直角(jiao)銑頭都是(shi)使(shi)用的(de)非接觸式油封,在(zai)加工中若是(shi)有用到冷卻(que)水(shui),須在(zai)噴水(shui)之前行(xing)運轉,并且調整冷卻(que)水(shui)的(de)噴嘴方向(xiang),使(shi)它向(xiang)刀(dao)具進行(xing)噴水(shui),這能夠避(bi)免冷卻(que)水(shui)滲(shen)入本體(ti)中,延長角(jiao)度頭的(de)使(shi)用壽命。
